Peterhead Harbour Deepening
Carrying out strengthening and deepening of quay walls within the port. As well as 430,556sqft land reclamation with revetment, widening of the harbour entrance, and demolition works. The harbour also benefited from significantly improved realignment to the existing quay walls and an increased draft facilitating larger vessels.
Grassy Meadows Care Unit
This was a challenging construction of 4 story high RC Frame comprising of 88 no care units and Dementia Centre.
Peacocks Walk Shopping Center
The construction of this New Market Mall and Toilets at Peacock Walk, with retail unit alterations at Peacock Shopping Center and Wolsely Place Shopping center to provide a clutter free refurbished route. Works progressed within a constrained operational retail, residential and commercial area.
University of Ulster
The University of Ulster Campus Block BB project is sited at York Street. It is a nine storey building with double and single Liftshaft and stairwells. The construction is part of the proposed relocation package £250+ million for the University which will be sited across the road.
Dock Lock Project
This exciting project has introduced the need for new lock gates inside the existing lock. Additional works by the form of Berthing Pontoons, Reinforced Concrete Abutments and a new Control Building have been an added feature to the 100 year old masonry dock.

Swords Pavillion Shopping Centre
This shopping centre was set on the side of a very busy street. This was an extension to the existing store where consideration had to be given to the customer access and the general public passing nearby. Steel frame with plate floors, and concrete topping to power floated level.
Luton Airport
M&L Contracts Ltd erected the new extension to the walkway at Luton Airport incorporating 5 number double shafts, four stories high and two stairwells, circular columns, split level retaining wall and power floated slabs.
Rushmere Shopping Centre
We carried out various extensions to the Rushmere Shopping Centre including the erection of the large Debenhams store and the new car park, all sitting on large pile cap foundations. We supplied the concrete, rebar and all the formwork to these extensions.
