NI Railway Extension
This was a building to suit the maintenance of the trains, with under floor pits founded on piles. The underfloor tanking system was supplied by Grace products using preprufe which was placed using our own trained operatives. A reinforced floor was placed, power floated to the required tolerances.
Reckli Walls
The work involved was a featured wall erected using Reckli, formwork system. Our part of the work was forming this wall, tying the rebar and carrying out the necessary formwork. Aberdeen Quays
A major civil engineering works which required realignment of the quay wall, this work was tidal working. The works required steel sheet piles driven down to rock, concrete slabs cast 4m down at low tide level, service trenches, cope beams and finished slabs.
Odyssey Arena
The Odyssey is an iconic building which sits on the side of the River Lagan. We carried out all the insitue concrete, formwork and steel fixing. We poured some 20,000m3 of concrete and 4000 tonne of rebar.
Downe Hospital
Downe Hospital is a high prestige building forming the shape of an aeroplane with distinctive wings at a 30o angle. This was on a green field site taking up from ground beams to roof level, incorporating columns, beams and insitue floors with a 6m propping level.
Royal Victoria Hospital – CCU
The Royal Victoria Hospital is a 12 storey building situated in the grounds of a working hospital. We carried out the works in a full package which required supplying 20,000m3 concrete and 3000 tonne of rebar. We purchased a large quantity of the world renowned Peri – system for shaft walls and floors.
